Refusionspolitik for Jubilee Inc.

Hos Jubilee Inc. stræber vi efter at sikre, at du er fuldt tilfreds med de produkter og tjenester, du modtager. Vi tilbyder en 14 dages returret for produkter, men der er ingen returret for vores tjenester og behandlinger, medmindre andet er aftalt.

1. Refusionsret for Produkter

Vi tilbyder en 14 dages returret på produkter købt hos os. Hvis du ikke er tilfreds med dit produkt, kan du returnere det inden for 14 dage fra den dato, du modtog det, og få en fuld refusion. For at returnere et produkt, skal det være i sin originale, ubrugte stand og i original emballage.

For at anmode om en refusion skal du kontakte os på Jubilee@outlook.dk og oplyse dit ordrenummer, billede af den modtaget e-mail, produkt og årsagen til returneringen.

2. Ingen Refusion på Tjenester og Behandlinger

Vi tilbyder ingen refusion for tjenester og behandlinger. Hvis du har booket en tid og ikke kan møde op, skal du afbestille mindst 24 timer før din aftale for at undgå, at du bliver opkrævet for den fulde pris.

Hvis du ønsker at afbestille eller ændre din aftale, bedes du kontakte os så hurtigt som muligt. Hvis du afbestiller inden for 24 timer før din behandling, vil du blive opkrævet den fulde pris.

3. Ubrugte Tjenester og Afbestillinger

Afbestilling af en behandling skal ske 24 timer før den planlagte tid. Hvis du ikke møder op til din aftale eller afbestiller for sent, kan du blive opkrævet for den fulde pris af behandlingen.

4. Behandling af Refusion

Når vi modtager dit returnerede produkt, vil vi behandle din refusion inden for 30 dage. Refusionen vil blive sendt til den oprindelige betalingsmetode.

Refund Policy for Jubilee Inc.

At Jubilee Inc., we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the products and services you receive. We offer a 14-day return policy for products, but no refund for services and treatments, unless otherwise agreed.

1. Refund Rights for Products

We offer a 14-day return policy on products purchased from us. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 days from the date you received it for a full refund. To return a product, it must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

To request a refund, please contact us at Jubilee@outlook.dk with your order number, picutre of the received e-mail, product and reason for the return.

2. No Refund for Services and Treatments

We offer no refunds for services and treatments. If you have booked an appointment and are unable to attend, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the full price.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel within 24 hours before your treatment, you will be charged the full price.

3. Unused Services and Cancellations

Cancellations for treatments must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel late, you may be charged the full price of the treatment.

4. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
